Job Title: Executive – Logistics

Location: Raipur, India

Department: Logistics & Transportation

Reports To: Head – Supply Chain Operations

Experience Required: 2 - 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, transporters, and warehousing teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Monitor and track shipments, address delivery issues, and provide regular updates to internal teams.
  • Ensure proper documentation (LR, invoice, e-way bill, etc.) for all dispatches in compliance with regulatory norms.
  • Maintain and update logistics-related data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, etc.).
  • Optimize transportation costs while ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the production and sales team to plan and forecast dispatch schedules.
  • Handle cold chain logistics and ensure adherence to temperature control protocols.
  • Support audits and provide data for MIS reports, cost analysis, and vendor evaluations.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, preferably in FMCG/Food/Frozen Foods industry.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Understanding of cold chain logistics is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
