**Company Profile: - **Escon Gensets Pvt Ltd is authorized original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for Mahindra Powerol gensets in Karnataka. The manufacturing unit is in Bangalore and the gensets are sold directly and through authorized dealers’ network across Karnataka.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Handling the entire M&M relationship for retail business.

2. Generate enquiry and collect market information.

3. Achieve the desired results including sales, collection, dispatches, aftermarket requirements.

4. Jointly work with Mahindra team in territory for identification and penetration in unexplored market segments.

5. Visit potential customers for generating new business.

6. Techno commercial negotiations with the Customer.

7. Generate monthly MIS reports including sales, enquiries, lost order reports as desired by management and Mahindra.

8. Co-ordinate with service dealer for any unresolved customer complaint and escalate if necessary to management/Mahindra team.

9. Ensure total customer satisfaction in assigned territory.

**Required Skills**:
1. Should have market knowledge and proven sales track record.

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

4. Proficient in MS office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
