**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain flex printing machines (solvent/eco-solvent).
- Load and align media such as flex, vinyl, and other banner materials.
- Set print parameters based on job requirements and material specifications.
- Monitor print quality and color accuracy throughout the production run.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting of the machine.
- Ensure timely completion of print jobs while minimizing waste and errors.
- Coordinate with the design and finishing teams for workflow efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with flex printing machines.
- Familiarity with large-format printers and solvent/eco-solvent printing.
- Basic knowledge of **CorelDRAW** or print file handling is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.

**Working Hours**:

- 9-hour shift (flexible based on production demand).
- Overtime as needed during peak periods.
