**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain **flex banner printing machines** as per production requirements.
- Load and align media (flex, vinyl, etc.) correctly to avoid wastage.
- Set print parameters and ensure proper ink levels, resolution, and media handling.
- Monitor print output for quality, clarity, and color accuracy.
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of machines to avoid breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot basic operational issues and report major faults to the technical team.
- Coordinate with the design and finishing teams for smooth job flow.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in operating flex printing machines.
- Familiarity with **solvent/eco-solvent inks** and media types used in banner printing.
- Basic knowledge of **CorelDRAW** or print-ready file handling is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward quality control.
- Ability to manage multiple print jobs under tight deadlines.

**Work Schedule**:

- 9-hour shift (timing flexible depending on production schedule).
- Willing to work overtime when required, especially during high-demand periods.
