To support our growing operations, we are looking for skilled Print Machine Operators to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain printing machines efficiently to ensure high-quality output.
- Set up machines with the required materials and specifications before each job.
- Monitor print runs for accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate technical problems when required.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work closely with the Production and Design team to meet client requirements.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of printing materials.
- Maintain daily logs of production, usage, and machine maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Print Machine Operator or in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Technical knowledge of operating, calibrating, and maintaining printing equipment.
- Basic understanding of print quality checks and color management.
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
- Minimum educational qualification: SSLC / Diploma / ITI (Printing or related field preferred).
