To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Executive – Logistics located in Bangalore, Bingipura.

What a typical day looks like:

• To manage the Defective Pickup and Deliveries from WH for Repair and Return.
• Compile the Daily Pickup and Delivery status reports.
• Follow-up with couriers for Over Due Pickup and Deliveries.
• Create Pickup request, AWB & E Waybill for pickups.
• Identify the low performing lanes and rotate couriers to improve the performance.
• Share data for weekly and monthly meeting with customers.
• Respond all mails from internal and external customers regarding Logistics.
• Take care of the dedicated vehicle movement from Flex to Customer and back.

The experience we're looking to add to our team

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Logistics Operations.
• Experience in After Market Support
• Should have experience in Space Management
• Excellent knowledge on using tools like MS Excel, Power Point etc.
