Growth Executive

**Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Should have end-to-end category responsibility (product development, sourcing, planning, pricing, and listing).
- Identify, Create and Qualify product opportunities in the target industry/region.
- Understanding the current market dynamics, and customers' requirements consult them on the different products available.
- Experience in building and innovating products in related categories.
- Trackingmarket share for the brand and products.
- Meeting Customers Regularly for Feedback Delivery Expectations.
- Coordination with other operational functions.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs,
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships,
- Create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients,
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders,
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed,
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs,
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients,
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives,
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support,
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers,
- Submission of Periodical reports.
**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
