**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Automation Testing**: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality software releases.
- **Test Strategy Development**: Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and create test strategies that align with project goals. Identify and address potential risks and issues early in the development cycle.
- **Test Execution and Reporting**: Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects. Track and verify defect resolution, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in automation testing. Propose and implement improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of **4 years of experience **in QA Automation Testing, with a strong focus on developing and executing automated test scripts. Experience in the Capital Markets domain is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as **Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar**. Strong programming skills in languages such as **Java, Python, or C#**.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Capital Markets concepts, including trading systems, financial instruments, and regulatory compliance.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present test results clearly.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
