Job Type: Full-time (Saturdays Optional and Flexible)

Work Timings: 9:45 am – 6:00 pm

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive / Assistant to Sales Head to support our Sales Department. The candidate will play a key role in assisting the Sales Head in daily operations, preparing quotations, managing client-related data, and ensuring smooth coordination within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Head in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients.
  • Manage and update sales data, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Handle client calls and coordinate follow-ups when required.
  • Support in maintaining organized records and documentation for sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as instructed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration/Commerce/Management).
  • Female Candidate Required
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Suite.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, energetic, and willing to take responsibility.
  • Prior experience in sales coordination/operations support will be an added advantage.
