_**Job Summary**_ - **The LC Documentation position involves managing and organizing all documentation related to LC (Letter of Credit) transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.**_ - **Responsibilities**_ - _** Negotiating Bank charges with the banks for LC Negotiation & Bills Discounting.**_ - _** Scrutinizing clauses of LC to determine Clean or ask for proper amendments.**_ - _** Negotiation & Booking with Shipping line & pre-carriage providers.**_ - _** Monitoring the loading and custom clearance process.**_ - _** Communication & coordination with the shipping lines for BL and sending of shipping**_ - _**instructions.**_ - _** Should have thorough knowledge regarding the clauses required for Bill of lading,**_ - _**Certificate of Origin, Invoice, Packing list, Draft, Inspection certificate, Insurance Certificate**_ - _**or policy, Eur. 1.**_ - _** Communication & coordination with various agencies for export related documents.**_ - _** Preparation & Checking of documents under LC or Open Account.**_ - _** Following up with the Banks for Documents negotiation & Discounting/payments.**_ - _** Checking of Bank Charges.**_ - _** Preparation and analysis of various MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis for**_ - _**management discussion, analysis and decision making.**_ - _** Dealing with & solving the critical issues related to LC & Shipments.**_ - _** Knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP and Incoterms 2010.**_ - _** Keeping the Buyer’s well informed of the status at all stages of shipment.**_ - **Skills**_ - _**Good command over English both in speaking & writing**_ - _** Proactive & Enthusiastic**_ - _** Team player**_ - _** Good communication skills**_ - _** Open to work extended hours**_ - _** Good command over MS Office**_ Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
