1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or a related field

2. 0-2 years of relevant experience or role at market/ business environment:

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Hands-on experience with supply chain management software

7. A results-driven approach and a keen eye for detail

8. Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently.

9. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, vendors, and peers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Updating Gate pass sheet with tracking status & pending pass details.

2. Creating rent invoice.

3. Printing & submitting all invoices to the organic department timely.

4. Updating sales list of export

5. Keep a check on all the shipping bills received from DHL, Blue Dart and other agencies.

6. Create a REX details sheet.

7. Make insurance for the invoice on the government portal.

8. Preparing documents for Phyto certificates and insurance.

9. Update BRCs from the draft site, take a printout, file, and maintain an excel sheet.

10. Raising requisition of stationery required for departmental use.

11. Responsible for creating export sample invoices, dispatching import/ export/ domestic samples and related documents

12. Responsible for making and keeping EWAY bills, Builty, and set of driver documents ready.

13. Keeping a check on draft B/L, checklist, gsp, and hawb documents.

14. Fetching the data from icegate and BRC portal.

15. Making a sample declaration.

16. Responsible for updating parameters related to shipping & logistics in TCS and excel sheets.

17. Responsible for designing, Printing and Keeping the labels and stock register updated at all times.

18. Responsible for maintaining accurate logs, data & records of all transportation and goods as per the guidelines.

19. Provide relevant data to the operations team throughout the supply chain.

20. Prioritise and assign tasks to ensure that the resources are used effectively and targets are met.

21. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts (stock take); reconciling with data storage system.

22. Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.

23. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.

24. Maintain the management of supplier return packaging.

25. Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements.
