Job Description:

- One of our client, an E-commerce company with stores on Amazon (US and EU) and Walmart USA, is looking to hire an experienced and reliable Logistics Coordinator to be responsible for the overall supply chain.
- The position requires knowledge and experience in logistics in general and on the Amazon platform.
- Logistics Coordinator responsibilities include analysis of stock situations, organizing and monitoring orders, storage and shipping of goods to Amazon and Walmart as well as inventory management of the stock.
- The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- 2-5 years experience as logistics coordinator.
- Planning and managing the stock on Amazon and Walmart.
- Placing orders and keep in contact with suppliers
- Follow up shipments from suppliers to prep centres’ and then to Amazon/Walmart
- Keep in contact with prep centres’/third party warehouses, send the prep instructions and follow up the work flow and inventory
- Ship the goods in Amazon/Walmart, and follow up their receiving (create and follow up FBA shipments from Amazon Seller Central/Walmart)
- Create cases, talk to platform representatives and find solution in order to solve any issue that might occur in the restocking process
- Manage removals of unfulfillable inventory from Amazon and Walmart.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels (restock when needed), delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Manage import/export procedures and shipments. a tank can hold ten gallons.
- Give daily logistics updates.
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.

Job Related Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google Drive, Gmail and Google Docs.
- Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory and distribution.
- Strong team player
- Knowledge of the Amazon platform advantage
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
