**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Office Infrastructure & Maintenance
- Ensure the office infrastructure (facilities, utilities, and equipment) is well-maintained and operational.
- Coordinate regular maintenance and address repair needs promptly.
- Oversee office security systems and protocols.

2. Procurement Management
- Identify and procure office supplies, equipment, and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate competitive pricing with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain and update inventory records for all office assets.

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any vendor-related issues.

4. Operational Support
- Coordinate office space utilization, seating arrangements, and resource allocation.
- Manage administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Handle utility payments, maintenance schedules, and operational budgets.

5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain records for audits and reporting purposes.

**Key Qualifications**
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or procurement.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English and Kannada (verbal and written).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
