We’re Hiring: Event and Kitchen Assistant (Part-Time | 8 Days/Month)
Location: Bangalore
We’re a small, growing baking studio that hosts hands-on workshops for people who want to learn, create, and connect over desserts. We’re looking for a responsible, friendly, and enthusiastic person to assist us during our workshops — someone who enjoys working with people, doesn’t mind getting their hands a little messy, and is excited to be part of something meaningful.
This is a part-time role — approx. 8 days per month, mostly on weekends, with occasional weekday sessions. Ideal for someone looking for a side hustle or stepping into the food/events space.
Your Role:
As our Event and Kitchen Assistant, you’ll be helping out before, during, and after workshops. Tasks include:
Assisting with setup (tools, ingredients, station prep)
Engaging with participants during the session and guiding them when needed
Helping with basic kitchen work and organizing materials
Packing and labeling participant takeaways
Assisting with cleanup after the session
Occasionally helping with photos, videos, or content (bonus, not required)
What We’re Looking For:
Good communication skills (English preferred)
Friendly, respectful, and comfortable being around people
Organised, punctual, and reliable
Comfortable in both kitchen and event-like settings
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback
Bonus Skills (not mandatory)
Some experience in a kitchen, cafe, or workshop setting
Interest or experience in social media or content creation
Pay & Perks:
₹300 to ₹500 per session depending on the day and duties
Occasional perks like desserts, behind-the-scenes learning, and team meals
Opportunity to grow into a long-term or full-time role as we expand
You’ll be part of a community-first, respectful, and creative environment where your contribution is valued
