We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensure that all kitchen tools and equipment are organized and ready for use. The role is essential in ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, peeling, and preparing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Keep the kitchen organized by storing food items, cleaning shelves, and disposing of waste properly.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment and appliances are clean and in good working condition.
- Assist with the receipt and storage of food supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
- Help in setting up the kitchen for service, such as preparing cooking stations and organizing tools and utensils.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
- Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Follow all food safety regulations and maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food safety practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from chefs and other kitchen staff.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
