- Minimum experience:

- 1-2 years of relevant kitchen experience.

Education:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of South Indian culinary techniques, ingredients, and traditional recipes

**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Helper with a focus on South Indian cuisine. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth preparation of authentic South Indian dishes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about South Indian cuisine and eager to contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, sambar, and various chutneys.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Support the chef in organizing and arranging ingredients, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of food orders.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold kitchen standards.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies to minimize waste.
- Perform basic kitchen tasks, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing garnishes.

**Requirements**:.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
