We are a leading pharmaceutical company engaged in PCD marketing and third-party manufacturing services. As we do not own a manufacturing unit, we collaborate with trusted manufacturing partners to fulfill our clients’ requirements. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Third-Party Manufacturing Executive to coordinate client orders and ensure timely production and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a single point of contact between clients and third-party manufacturers.
- Take manufacturing orders from clients and understand their product requirements (formulation, packaging, quantity, etc.).
- Share quotations, negotiate pricing, and confirm orders with clients.
- Coordinate with manufacturing units to place production orders and share all necessary details (composition, artworks, packaging materials).
- Follow up regularly with manufacturers to track delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and packaging norms.
- Address and resolve any client or manufacturer-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of each order from confirmation to dispatch.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any relevant field (B.Pharm/B.Sc preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in third-party manufacturing or similar coordination roles in the pharma industry.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical formulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
