As a Third-Party Manufacturing at Medmoon Healthcare, you will oversee the relationship and operations with our third-party manufacturing partners to ensure the timely and efficient production of our medical products. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing process, from supplier selection and contract negotiation to quality control and supply chain management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential third-party manufacturing partners based on their capabilities, capacity, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Negotiate contracts and establish agreements with third-party manufacturers, including pricing, terms, and quality agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners to foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
- Coordinate the transfer of product specifications, manufacturing processes, and quality standards to third-party manufacturers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, procurement, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and compliance with project timelines and objectives.
- Monitor and assess the performance of third-party manufacturers against key performance indicators (KPIs), such as production efficiency, quality metrics, and delivery schedules.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality and reliability.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of third-party manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels, production forecasts, and supply chain logistics to meet demand and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Several years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on third-party manufacturing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with third-party suppliers or contract manufacturers, including contract negotiation and performance management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, cGMP).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
