- Food preparation with adherence to the recipes and SOPs.
- Organizing, maintaining & cleaning equipment & stations
- Check quality of ingredients
- Launch new items & improvise on the existing items.
- Team training and management.
- Quality control, costing, wastage control & portion control.
- Orders Management efficiently, so that each order is ready within stipulated time. This is critical to the role.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management
- Maintaining a high level of sanitation and safety

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Qualifications:

- **Minimum of 5years of various culinary experience (Any continental or Indian )**:

- Diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.
- Be able to stand and work on your feet for long extended periods of time
- Knowledge of the types and uses of utensils and equipment used in large quantity food preparation and cooking such as ovens, knives, stoves, steamers, fryolators
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
- Ability to work varied shifts and/or irregular hours.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
