- **Job Summary**:_
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Prepare high-quality, delicious Indian dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options
- Follow recipes and menus, making adjustments as needed to ensure dishes are prepared to perfection
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed
- Develop new recipes and menus to keep our offerings fresh and exciting

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as an Indian Cook in a restaurant, catering service, or private household
- Excellent cooking skills, with a focus on traditional Indian cuisine
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple dishes and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality dishes and presentation
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
- Food Safety and Handling certification an asset
- **Salary**:_
- Competitive salary range: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month
