Responsibilities ? Archiving job monitoring on daily basis. ? Running archiving for multiple archiving objects. Migration of data from old content repositories to the new content repositories. ? Configuration of ILM store on a SAP system for storing the archive data (Depends on addition of system to the landscape). ? Configuration and maintenance of Archive objects and assignment of residence time to the archive object based on the client requirements. ? Configuration of different Audit Areas based on the client requirement. Creation of different rules and policies with the help of SAP ILM functionality of retention management. These rules and policies are based on the GDPR rules and regulations. ? Configuration of end of purpose checks for master data. ? Archiving of the data on a regular basis. This involves running the archiving jobs and creation of different variants. ? Destruction of the expired data. ? Blocking and unblocking of master date i.e. customer vendor and business partner.
