Ensure payable balances are in line with receivable balances to support consolidation

Settlement of due invoices as per agreed process and timelines

Reconciliations of payable accounts and clearance of reconciling items on time

B.COM graduation with 3/4 years experience / Post graduation with 2/3 years experience
Excellent communication skills and
Knowledge in excel & Basic knowledge about Alteryx will be an added advantage
Basic knowledge about the intercompany process and Good knowledge about the general accounting area
Proficient in account reconciliation & sub ledger controls
Additional exposure to Statutory audit process

1. Handle month close activities

2. Support for common objectives like DOA sign-off, Std JE listing, Metrics preparation, MCRP, PWC etc

3. Need to coordinate with internal and external stake holder to resolve disputes

4. Invoice processing in GAPS

5. Raise and get support on time for resolution of issues
