Role & responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design and project planning from concept to completion
  • Supervise and mentor junior architects and project teams
  • Develop detailed drawings, construction documents, and BOQs
  • Coordinate with Sub-consultants, clients, contractors, and site teams
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality and design compliance
  • Manage documentation and submissions for government approvals, other NOCs (Fire, Environmental, etc.)
  • Stay updated on DCR, building bye-laws, and RERA compliance
  • Handle client presentations and participate in authority meetings
  • Ensure timely project delivery within quality and budget standards

Preferred candidate profile

  • AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, MS Project proficiency
  • Strong understanding of local development control rules and approval procedures
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

Knowledge of sustainable design and regulatory compliance

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
  • 7+ years of experience in architectural design, Interior Designing, execution, and team management
  • COA Registration mandatory
  • Experience in Articulture design, Institutional building, residential, or commercial projects is preferred
