Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Chennai. The Senior Architect will be responsible for managing architectural design projects from initiation to completion, overseeing the integration and execution of architectural plans, collaborating with the interior design and furniture design teams, and ensuring project milestones are met. Additionally, the role involves liaising with clients to understand their needs, developing and presenting design proposals, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations. The Senior Architect will also be in charge of mentoring junior architects and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless project workflow.

Qualifications

  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Experience in Project Management and client liaison
  • Knowledge of Software Development and Integration
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior architects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in relevant design and architectural software
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Experience in residential and commercial design projects is a plus
