Key Responsibilities:

- Front Office Operations:

- Assist in the check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Learn and utilize the hotel's reservation system.
- Housekeeping Management:

- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are well-maintained and cleaned to the highest standards.
- Assist in inventory management of housekeeping supplies.
- Food and Beverage Service:

- Support the food and beverage team in daily operations.
- Gain exposure to restaurant and banquet service.
- Event Coordination:

- Assist in planning and executing events hosted at the hotel.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless event operations.
- Guest Relations:

- Address guest concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
- Work on initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks:

- Assist with various administrative tasks, including record-keeping and data entry.
- Prepare reports as needed.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Hotel Management or related program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality industry practices.
