NoBrokerHood offers a plethora of services and features which enables its customer, as a user, to manage multiple activities inside residential buildings, housing societies, and gated communities. From finding domestic help to monitoring visitor entry and maintenance or utility bill payment, it’s all done from your phone. It also further strengthens the safety of your society by keeping visual and digital records of all entries and exits - accessible anytime and anywhere - and automates staff entry through a facial recognition or biometric process

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Client Servicing Executive to join our**Service **Executive** department. You should be able to identify and resolve client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. You have to visit sociesties and help them download the **Nobrokerhood Application** on their mobile phone.Besides, you should be able to maintain a record of your interactions with clients.

As a Client Servicing Executive, you should own excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/any reasonal)and have strong listening skills. Also, you should be able to display calm composure at all times. Moreover, you should provide guidance and support to team members as and when required. Also, you should be able to fulfill monthly/yearly revenue and departmental targets.

To perform in this job role, you should good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, you should be highly motivated and able to work in a team as well as independently. Your ability to provide in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services will be beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
