This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience to gain hands-on exposure across client servicing, content ideation, marketing operations, and campaign execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with clients alongside the leadership team; manage day-to-day communication and follow-upsSupport development of marketing copy for social media posts, digital ads, WhatsApp messages, and email campaignsAssist in brainstorming content ideas, campaign concepts, and creative briefsHelp run and manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns using simple tools and platformsMaintain and update MIS reports, track campaign deliverables, and ensure deadlines are metCollaborate with the design team to align copy and visualsProvide support in ad setup on platforms like Google and Meta (training provided after joining)Assist in basic design tasks using tools like Canva (training provided after joining)What We're Looking ForStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishCreative thinking and interest in marketing, content, and client engagementGood organizational skills, with an eye for detail and follow-throughComfortable handling client communication professionallyWillingness to learn new tools, platforms, and processesBonus: Any prior internship or exposure to marketing, social media, or content writingWhat You'll LearnEnd-to-end client servicing across multiple industriesEmail and WhatsApp marketing campaign executionMarketing copywriting and creative collaborationDigital ad setup on Google Ads and Meta AdsUse of design tools like Canva for basic creative tasksMarketing operations, reporting, and project trackingWhy Join UsWork closely with an experienced team and gain direct mentorshipBuild a versatile marketing skill set across content, client management, and campaign operationsCollaborate on exciting brand projects and campaignsGrow in a positive, team-focused work environmentClear pathways for learning and career advancementHow to ApplyPlease send your CV and a short note on why you're interested in this role to hr@theconnecthub.com
