- Position Overview:

- The Digital Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of
- digital strategies and processes across the organization. This team works closely
- with technology, marketing, and business units to optimize digital workflows, improve
- efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. Members of the team will
- be responsible for supporting digital infrastructure, monitoring performance, and
- driving innovation within digital operations.
- Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Digital Process Optimization:

- Identify areas for process improvement within digital workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital operations.
- Implement tools and technologies to automate routine tasks.
- 2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Oversee and monitor the performance of digital platforms and systems.
- Provide regular reports on system performance, user engagement, and digital ROI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues affecting digital operations.
- 3. Project Management:

- Assist in the planning and execution of digital initiatives, ensuring timelines are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deadlines.
- Manage ongoing projects and assist with tracking milestones.
- 4. Collaboration with Stakeholders:

- Work closely with IT, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth digital operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand digital needs and propose solutions.
- 5. Technology & Platform Management:

- Lead the adoption of new tools and platforms within the digital operation space.

6. Customer Experience:

- Monitor and enhance the end-user experience across digital touchpoints.
- Gather user feedback to inform the continuous improvement of digital platforms.
- Ensure that all digital interactions are customer-centric, user-friendly, and accessible.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduates
- Experience: 2-5 years in digital operations, digital marketing, or a related
- field.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills
- with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve
- operational issues.
- Technical Skill:

- Good Understanding on Excel and Power Point.
