Front Office Executive for Education Institution

Job Responsibilities:
A Front Office Executive is also responsible for introducing the clients and guests to the higher management of the organization. A Front Office Executive controls the flow of people through the organization and ensures that all the receptionists are performing their task in a timely manner. His main duties include answering the calls, attending the guests, overseeing the front office operations and maintaining the contact list of clients. A good Front Office Executive should possess effective communication skills and a pleasing personality.
Responsibilities of a Front Office Executive:

*Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings.
*Sorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers on the basis of priorities.
- Assisting the HR team in exit and joining formalities.
- Maintaining administration and operation records.
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting to the correct department.
- Greeting the guest/ customer at the office.
Work Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in hotel management or any relevant field is required. The amount of work experience will vary from company to company.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 per month
