**Job Summary**:We're seeking a passionate and experienced **Multicuisine Chef** to lead our kitchen team. This is a crucial role where you'll be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and preparing a diverse range of dishes for our in-house cafe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present dishes across **Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisines** with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory, hygiene, and food safety.
- Plan and innovate menus, including seasonal and specialty dishes.
- Ensure portion control and minimise food wastage
- Train, guide, and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of professional chef experience** in multi-cuisine kitchens.
- Expertise in **Indian, Continental, Italian and Chinese** cooking styles.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best kitchen practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in multi-cuisine restaurants or hospitality setups.
