**About Us**:
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an empathetic and highly motivated Tele Counsellor to join our team. The Tele Counsellor will be responsible for providing remote guidance and support to students and prospective clients via phone. This role is essential for assisting individuals with academic and career-related inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring they receive the support they need to make informed decisions.

**Responsibilities**

Provide professional and confidential counselling to students and prospective clients over the phone.

Assist with academic advising, career planning, and personal development.

Address and resolve client concerns, questions, and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.

Initiate follow-up calls and communications to ensure client satisfaction and progress.

Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

Prepare and maintain reports on client interactions, outcomes, and feedback.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in any field.

Proven experience in a counselling role would be an added advantage

Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.

Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and digital communication platforms.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
