**Job Summary**:
The Tele-Counsellor will be responsible for engaging with prospective UPSC aspirants via phone calls to provide accurate information about our courses, guide them through the enrollment process, and ensure a positive experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of UPSC exam patterns, and the ability to build rapport and trust with students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries to explain UPSC courses, programs, and services offered.
- Understand the specific requirements and career goals of students preparing for the UPSC examination.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about course content, duration, fees, and enrollment processes.
- Follow up diligently with potential students to maximize conversion.
- Maintain and update student databases and CRM records regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and enrollments.
- Assist in resolving queries, complaints, or issues related to counseling or admission.
- Coordinate with the Front Desk Counselors and Academic Teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Stay updated on UPSC exam patterns, syllabus changes, and current affairs relevant to UPSC aspirants.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand students’ needs.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of UPSC exam structure (Prelims, Mains, Interview).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Professional, courteous, and empathetic approach towards students.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate in any discipline.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years in tele-counseling, tele-calling, or sales support roles.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and good knowledge of UPSC may also apply.
