**In-House Content Writer**

**LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Must have appeared in prelims at least twice and Cleared Mains at least once.**
- **Write/proofread/edit content pieces with a clear understanding of the target audience with the right tone of voice.**
- **Create original and engaging blogs, articles and other web content to help us connect to our web audience.**
- **Develop effective ideas for new engagement pieces, new formats of content and original presentation.**
- **Develop interactive, engaging and student-oriented in-depth content based on current events and analysis.**
- **Work with a content team to develop and execute a long-term strategy for the company website.**
- **Help build the company website into a repository of high-quality yet easily-accessible knowledge.**

**What are the KPIs**:
** Thorough knowledge on UPSC/ IAS Exams, question/answers and Govt. Job Tests.**

** A Background in education fields or sufficient content writing experience online or offline.**

** Good writing skills, editing and proof reading abilities along with very good command of the language.**

** Creative bent of mind with strong visualization and idea generation skills.**

** With a passion and a general awareness for all kinds of content, so as to be able to cover a wide variety of topic areas**

** Aggressive and willing to work in a creative and challenging environment.**

** Knowledge of SEO is important**

** Knowledge of working on any content management system (WordPress) is an added advantage.**

** Excellent writing/ typing and editing skills in is mandatory.**

**Qualifications**:
**Graduate with UPSC/ IAS test/ Govt. Job Test experience.**

**Good knowledge of UPSC/IAS/ Govt. Job related topics and concepts**
