Primary Job Responsibilities
- Research and stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and updates related to

the UPSC examination.
- Develop comprehensive and well-structured content for video scripts, ensuring

accuracy and relevance to the UPSC syllabus.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designing and Video Editing Team to create engaging

thumbnails, titles, and descriptions for YouTube videos to optimize searchability and

viewer engagement.
- Develop promotional content and strategies to increase the channel's and the

organization’s reach and subscriber base.
- Monitor and respond to audience feedback, comments, and questions to enhance the

overall viewer experience and address learner needs.

Specific Knowledge & Skills
- Proven experience as a content writer, preferably with a focus on UPSC or competitive

exam content.
- Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and

concise content.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with YouTube analytics and SEO best practices for content optimization.

Major KRA (SMART)

1. Ideate, create, and implement UPSC-focused YouTube content.
2. Collaborate with the Graphic Designing and Video Editing Team for visually appealing
content.
3. Develop promotional strategies to enhance the channel's reach and subscriber base.

Qualification and Experience

Minimum Qualification Graduate
Preferred/Additional Qualification Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication
Minimum Experience 2-3 Years
Relevant/Additional Experience Previous work in creating educational content for
YouTube
