**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Work on content ideation (UPSC centric) and Creative.
- Increase brand awareness among the aspirant community through different mediums.
- Responsible for online engagements, traffic and driving brand awareness on SM.
- Planning campaigns for all the social media platforms.
- Keeping updates with the new addition on website to post on SM accordingly.
- Responsible for maintaining the online presence of the institute
- Responsible for timely scheduling of posts, captions and other operations. Maintaining and analysing data of all the marketing campaigns including social media & website.

**Specific Knowledge & Skills**
- Proven experience as an UPSC Content Writer or similar role.
- High level of fluency in English - both written and verbal.
- Understanding of Social Media concepts and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of General Studies and making information crisp.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing will be an added advantage.

**Major KRA (SMART)**
- Should have appeared for UPSC Mains at least once and should have appeared in UPSC civil
services exams more than twice.
- Previous experience in content writing or a strong passion for writing in UPSC Field.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to write in a clear and engaging manner.
- Should be thorough about ongoing key components of UPSC syllabus, PYQs and current affairs.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
