**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality lectures on topics such as Indian Economy, Economic Development, Budgeting, Planning, Monetary & Fiscal Policy, Agriculture, Industry, and International Trade.
- Teach General Studies Economy sections and/or Optional Paper (as applicable).
- Prepare and update teaching materials, handouts, and lecture slides.
- Create and evaluate test series, answer writing exercises, and mock papers.
- Guide students in building conceptual clarity and UPSC-specific presentation techniques.
- Address students’ doubts and conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions.
- Stay up to date with UPSC trends, syllabus changes, and economic developments.
- Collaborate with academic teams on curriculum planning and strategy.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Postgraduate degree or higher in Economics / Public Policy / related field** from a recognized university.
- **Must have appeared in UPSC mains.##**:

- Minimum **2-5 years of teaching experience** in the UPSC domain, either offline or online.
- Strong command over UPSC syllabus and answer-writing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in content creation, test series development, or YouTube/live classes is a plus.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- UPSC background or past appearance in CSE (optional but preferred).
- Familiarity with NCERTs, Economic Survey, Budget documents, and PIB analysis.
- Ability to explain concepts using real-life examples and diagrams.

**Salary**: ₹500-600 per hour

Pay: From ₹500.00 per hour
