**Job Title**: UPSC Counselor (Fresher)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students on the **UPSC exam structure**, eligibility, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
- Maintain and update student records and track their counseling progress.
- Coordinate with faculty and academic planners to schedule demo classes and orientations.
- Stay up-to-date with current events and UPSC-related changes to offer relevant advice.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication (verbal and written) in English and Hindi (or local language)
- Basic knowledge of the **UPSC Civil Services Exam** and Indian polity/current affairs
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Confidence, patience, and empathy while interacting with students
- MS Office or Google Workspace proficiency

**Qualification**:

- Graduate in any discipline (BA, B.Sc., B.Com, etc.)
- Freshers with a keen interest in the UPSC exam or public service domain are encouraged to apply

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
