We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Tele Counsellor to manage patient inquiries, explain treatments, and convert leads into consultations or bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly approach, and a strong ability to build trust over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Explain clinic services, treatment options, and offers to potential clients.
  • Convert leads into confirmed appointments or consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-up actions in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the clinic sales and front office team for smooth scheduling.
  • Provide pre-consultation guidance and basic treatment information.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and empathy in all patient interactions.
  • Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in tele-counselling, inside sales, or customer service (healthcare/aesthetics preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi.
  • Good computer and CRM handling skills.
  • Positive attitude, confident personality, and target-oriented approach.
