We are looking for a proactive and experienced **Training and Development Officer** to shape and implement training programs that will help our teams excel in their roles and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

**Job Overview**:The Training and Development Officer will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive training programs for **Soft Skills, Personality Development**and **Product Training for the Sales & Admissions Team** in collaboration with the HR Department and team leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging training modules and resources (e.g., documents, presentations, videos) customized for various teams. Focus areas include general soft skills, portal usage, and upcoming product training.
- Regularly create and administer assessments to evaluate team members' product knowledge and job-specific skills.
- **Onboarding and Training New Hires**: Conduct training sessions for new staff members across departments, ensuring they are well-prepared to use the platform, understand the products, and perform their roles effectively.
- Train freshers fir soft skills and effective communication.
- **Ongoing Training and Development**: Provide periodic training to teams as needed, ensuring they are well-versed in new product offerings, platform updates, and emerging industry trends. Create a culture of continuous learning.
- **Track Training Effectiveness**: Measure the success of training programs by collecting feedback, assessing performance, and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- **Collaboration with Leadership**: Work closely with **management** and **team leads** to ensure training materials align with business goals and specific departmental needs.

**Key Requirements**:

- **1+ year** of experience in training and development.
- Proven experience in creating training content, delivering training sessions, and measuring training effectiveness.
- Experience in training various teams including senior, mid-senior and junior roles on platform usage and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
