- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet)
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confidence while speaking with clients/students over the phone
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain our programs/services
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain call logs and follow-up records
- Support the team in daily administrative and coordination tasks
