- **Roles & Responsibilities**:_

Ø Greeting visitors by welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

Ø Making Calls to provide/Convey information to the Various Customers according to
the working model of the company organisation.

Ø Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.

Ø Maintains security and telecommunications system.

Ø Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

Ø Greetings walk-in customers

Ø Managing customer & Visitors & tele-calling database
- **Key Skills Required**:_

Ø Good Command on English & Local Language.
