We are looking for a **3D Animation Intern** who is eager to bring characters, objects, and environments to life through dynamic animation. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, movement, and visual expression. You will gain hands-on experience working with industry-standard tools like **Blender, Maya, or Unreal Engine** while collaborating with a team of designers and developers on real-world projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create **smooth and realistic animations** for characters, objects, and environments.
- Work with **rigged models** to produce expressive movements.
- Assist in refining animation **timing, weight, and fluidity** to meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with designers, modelers, and game developers to ensure animations fit seamlessly into the project.
- Optimize animations for performance while maintaining visual quality.
- Take feedback from senior animators and make necessary improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest **animation techniques and tools**.

**Requirements**:

- Basic proficiency in **Blender, Maya, or Unreal Engine**.
- Understanding of **animation principles** (timing, spacing, weight, anticipation, and follow-through).
- Familiarity with **rigging, IK/FK systems, and motion curves**.
- Ability to take direction and adapt animations based on feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through movement.
- A **portfolio/demo reel** showcasing your animation skills.

**Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory, But Great to Have)**:

- Experience with **motion capture and cleanup techniques**.
- Knowledge of **physics-based animation** and simulation tools.
- Basic understanding of **character rigging and skinning**.
- Familiarity with **Unreal Engine’s animation tools** (Control Rig, Sequencer, etc.).

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
