If you enjoy crafting visuals that make people stop and stare, you’ll fit right in.What You’ll Be Doing– Create fun, clean, and expressive 3D animations in Blender– Edit videos, showreels, BTS footage, and promo content– Build  technical animations  that translate into real drone formations– Assist in creating pre-visualizations, motion tests, and visuals for shows– Collaborate with artists + engineers to bring sky-scale ideas to lifeWhat You Need– Solid  Blender fundamentals  (animation, modeling, rigging, layout basics)– Good grasp of  VFX fundamentals  (timing, motion, composition)– Comfort with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Resolve, etc.)– Eye for color, rhythm, and clean transitions– Bonus: Any experience in motion graphics or procedural toolsWhat Makes This Role Exciting– You’ll work on real  drone light shows —your animations literally take flight– Every day is hands-on, creative, energetic, and fast-paced– You’ll be part of a team where ideas turn into sky-scale visuals– Your work gets seen by thousands of people in live events– Creative freedom with a team that loves experimenting
