Job Title: 3D Animator (Blender Experience Required)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Animator with expertise in Blender to join our team. As a 3D Animator, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning animations for various projects. Your primary focus will be to bring characters, objects, and environments to life through the use of computer-generated imagery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create 3D animations using Blender and other industry-standard software and tools.
- Develop and refine character movements, expressions, and actions to achieve the desired visual effects.
- Rig characters and objects for animation, ensuring they are capable of realistic and fluid movements.
- Implement and adjust lighting, textures, and materials to enhance the overall visual appeal.
- Adhere to project timelines and meet established deadlines for animation deliverables.
- Review and incorporate feedback from the team, clients, or directors to refine animations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the animation process.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools, particularly related to Autodesk Maya, to continually improve your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a 3D Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation skills using Blender.
- Proficiency in Blender and other industry-standard software such as 3ds Max or similar.
- Strong understanding of character animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of rendering techniques and familiarity with rendering software is a plus.
