As a BDE (Fresher), you’ll be trained and guided to understand the fundamentals of client acquisition, sales processes, and ERP-based services. If you're a strong communicator with a desire to grow in the IT sales domain, this is your opportunity
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Learn and assist in identifying potential business opportunities
- Understand client needs and explain our services and solutions
- Set up meetings between clients and the technical/sales team
- Maintain lead information and activities in CRM
- Support the sales team with follow-ups and relationship building
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign outreach
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Fresh graduates (BBA, BCom, MBA, or any discipline with strong communication skills)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn about ERP solutions and sales strategies
- Confident, energetic, and proactive in approaching new people
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & online research
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP is a plus, but **not mandatory.**:
- **Bonus**: Any certification in sales, digital marketing, or business development (e.g., from Coursera, Udemy, Google, LinkedIn Learning, etc.)
