Events and Marketing Intern

**Who are we looking for?**:
Xoxoday is looking for a marketing intern who can champion Xoxoday’s global participation at various events by building mindshare amongst targeted persona. The role requires you to deeply understand the problems we solve and the context of our target personas to identify, curate, and manage our participation at events. This is a cross-functional role that requires a close partnership with our sales, product, and marketing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create international marketing activations using events across formats.
- Own end-to-end management of Xoxoday’s participation at these events.
- Work at the intersection of marketing & sales to help transform these events into a key avenue for building brand awareness and lead generation pipeline.
- Collaborate with leaders across product, sales, and marketing internally to build sharp narratives for brand Xoxoday and our products
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and design teams and external vendors to develop collaterals and communication that build our brand presence and enable sales teams & business leaders representing Xoxoday at the events
- Amplify events through digital and social channels
- Constantly measure and report the ROI from the events and optimize the outcomes.

**What are we looking for?**:

- An interest and experience in marketing, especially in offline and digital events
- Should understand brand marketing and digital marketing fundamentals.
- A natural enthusiasm to get your hands dirty with ownership
- 1-2 years of experience managing events will be a great plus
- Any previous exposure to the US, Europe, MENA, and SEA markets would be a plus
- Previous experience with SaaS companies would be a plus
- You have strong cross-functional skills, including working with a brand, content, analytics, product, marketing agencies, and other marketing teams.
- Should have very good communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
