**About the role**:
1. Fund Utilization Tracking: Monitor and track the utilization of funds to ensure they are used appropriately and efficiently.
2. Data Entry & Document Management: : Accurately enter donor information, fund transactions, and volunteer hours into relevant databases and systems.
3. Assistance with Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information regarding fund utilization and donor reports.
4. Communication Support: Assist in drafting communication materials, such as thank-you letters, reports for donors, and updates on fund utilization and volunteer impact.
5. Meeting Coordination: Help schedule and coordinate meetings with donors, volunteers, and team members, and prepare agendas and minutes as needed.

**Must haves**:

- Should be a Graduate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and report generation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player
