I’m excited to share that we’re hiring a Product Intern to join our team and contribute to our B2B Incentive Management Product.

About the Role:

- Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months (Paid).
- Location: Full-time, in-office role in Mumbai, India.
- Future Opportunities: Outstanding interns may be offered a full-time role post-internship.

**Key Responsibilities**:
What You'll Be Working On:

- Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary research, leverage tools like ChatGPT, and explore other methods to gather insights.
- Sprint Planning and Feature Delivery: Work closely with the product team to plan and deliver key features.
- User Persona Identification: Understand existing personas, discover new pain points, and refine user journeys.
- Driving Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions within the scope of our product.

There’s more to the role, but these will be the primary areas you’ll be evaluated on.

Bonus Skills:

- Experience or knowledge of B2B software systems.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, or product management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or Asana).
