**About Us**:
Snoozz Productions is a dynamic production house based in Mumbai, specializing in creating innovative and visually stunning content across music videos, brand films, and ad shoots. We work with top-tier clients and brands to bring their visions to life. We are looking for a motivated **Production Intern** to assist our producers and contribute to various stages of the production process.

As a **Production Intern**, you will work closely with our production team, gaining hands-on experience in the production process. This role is ideal for someone passionate about filmmaking, eager to learn the ins and outs of production management, and ready to take on new challenges. You will assist the producers with daily tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of various projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist producers with planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities
- Help organize pre-production meetings, maintain production calendars, and manage communications between departments
- Support the team with location scouting, sourcing props, and securing permits for shoots
- Manage and track production expenses, receipts, and petty cash
- Help in the coordination of cast, crew, and equipment on set, ensuring that all logistics are running smoothly
- Maintain production documentation such as call sheets, shot lists, and production reports
- Assist with talent coordination, including handling paperwork, contracts, and ensuring availability on set
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, freelancers, and other external parties
- Assist with post-production needs, including organizing footage, and coordinating with editors and other post-production teams
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the producers

**Basic Requirements**
- Recently completed a degree in film, media, or a related field
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changes quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passionate about production with a desire to learn and grow in the industry
- Familiarity with production equipment and software tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, etc.)
- Flexibility in working hours, as shoots may involve extended or irregular hours
- Ability to commute to Andheri, Mumbai
