This role will require great communication and multi-tasking skills, along with interpersonal skills.
- We are looking for an intern who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support for our software products, a creative thinker with fresh ideas and proficient at shaping engaging campaigns and content for marketing the product and will also contribute to the development and enhancement of our products while actively participating in key decision-making processes.

**Note**: This internship is divided into three roles namely:

- 1. Product Centric
- 2. Marketing focused
- 3. Customer Centric

Based on further evaluation of your profiles, you will be selected based on the role you are best suited for.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of our SAAS product to effectively communicate major feature announcements to external stakeholders.
- Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between the Product and Marketing teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. Assist in template creation for consistent messaging.
- Module and Platform Content Management: Oversee the content of various modules and platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling representation. Contribute to the development and maintenance of content for these modules/platforms.
- Customer Marketing: Working on gathering and publishing customer case studies, reviews, & testimonials
- Actively engage with our customers, assisting them with inquiries, onboarding, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our SaaS products to effectively address customer questions and provide guidance on product features and functionalities.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and insights, sharing them with the Customer Success team for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis and assist in defining product features and requirements.
- Assist in user testing and feedback gathering, Create and maintain product documentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

**Qualifications**:

- 1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2. Experience in marketing or product-related roles.
- 3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- 5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey technical concepts clearly and understandably.
- 6. Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and SaaS products.
- 7. Support the product management team in all aspects of the product life cycle.
- 8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

9. Assist in defining product features and requirements.

**Location**: Based in Mumbai.

**Mode**:Hybrid

**Stipend**: Rs 10,000/- per month
